A boutique law firm in New Taipei City, Taiwan, serving individuals and companies
in criminal defense, civil litigation, and workplace investigations.
Qingxi Law Firm was founded by Yu-Lun Lin, Esq. in Linkou, New Taipei City. The firm focuses on criminal defense, civil litigation, sexual-harassment prevention, and workplace investigations.
Qingxi is deliberately a solo practice. Every matter, from the first consultation to research, drafting, and court appearances, is handled personally by Attorney Lin, and knowledge of each case stays within the smallest circle bound by attorney-client confidentiality.
The firm's name reflects its working principle: explain the procedure clearly, state both the possibilities and the limits honestly, and stay with the client through the outcome.
Before founding Qingxi Law Firm, Attorney Lin served as a judicial assistant in the Criminal Division of the Taiwan High Court and practiced with several established law firms. He has been in practice for more than ten years.
Defense representation at every stage, from police questioning and prosecutorial investigation through trial and appeal, informed by Attorney Lin's experience inside the Taiwan High Court's Criminal Division.
Contract, damages, and employment-related disputes before Taiwan's civil courts, with candid assessment of litigation risk and settlement options before proceedings begin.
Sexual-harassment and workplace-bullying matters: complaint handling, external investigations, prevention programs, and compliance with Taiwan's gender-equality and occupational-safety legislation.
Retainer counsel for small and mid-sized companies, including foreign-invested enterprises: contract review, employment compliance, and early dispute management.
Under Taiwan's workplace-bullying regulations taking effect in 2026 within the Occupational Safety and Health Act framework, employers must maintain prevention measures and conduct proper investigations of bullying and harassment complaints. Attorney Lin is listed in the Ministry of Labor's talent pools of workplace-bullying and workplace sexual-harassment investigation professionals, and serves as an external commissioner on government sexual-harassment review committees. He is available to serve as an external investigator or investigation-committee member for corporate cases.
Bilingual (Chinese and English) documentation is available on request for multinational employers.
